Collection Press Container

The Collection Press Container is the innovative solution for collecting various waste flows such as cardboard, paper, plastic, organic waste and residual waste. With the removable presses from SCHENK you work sustainably and economically. The design and volume of the hopper means that 5 m3 containers can easily be emptied in one go and without dosing. Hydraulic covers and brushes can also be fitted to the filling funnel, so that paper or waste from the last emptied container does not blow out while driving. This significantly reduces the risk of litter along the route. A standard vehicle with crane and deposit system is already suitable for the Collection Press Container. This means that the vehicle can also be used for other purposes, such as (glass) collection and anti-slip measures. The system is efficient, cost-effectively and time-saving because multiple press containers can be transported to the waste processor simultaneously.

Quality

The whole Collection Press Container is of high quality and has therefore low maintenance costs (due to, among other things, the adjustable guides and the wear-resistant bottom in the HARDOX press house). User experiences confirm the reliable nature: the very first presses from the late 1990s are still productive! Due to a low net weight (from 4,250 kg!) and high loading capacity, more waste can be taken along per trip without being overloaded. This makes the Collection Press Container very economical to use. Confidence in our own product is something we want to share with you. When concluding a maintenance contract for 4 years, we also extend our warranty period on construction defects to 4 years!
