The 40m³ liquid‑tight container is designed for organisations that refuse to compromise on quality and safety. With generous internal dimensions of 7000 × 2300 × 2400 mm, this container offers a very large loading capacity, while its durable steel construction ensures long‑term performance even under heavy loads.

The lifting system includes both a hook‑lift (1450 × 200 mm) and a 2‑cable system, making the container highly compatible with existing fleets. The 4 mm floor plate and the 3 mm wall, front panel and door thickness provide a solid foundation built to withstand intensive use.

The container is built with a composite T‑profile main beam (180 mm tunnel height) and KGWU‑90‑50‑4 floor cross‑members spaced at 500 mm. The round 114 × 7 mm top tube and the two 300‑mm support rollers enhance overall stability and durability.

For added convenience, the front bulkhead is equipped with a ladder and small platforms, ensuring safe access and making it ideal for mounting an optional tarpaulin. At the bottom, a 6” square flange is positioned on the left, with a second 6” square flange located at the top.

The liquid‑tight tailgate is fitted with a ratchet tensioner and two clamps, ensuring the container can be securely and reliably sealed for liquids and wet fractions. Fully pre‑configured for mounting a roll‑cover, the container is ready for transport under changing weather conditions.

Each container is fully blasted, primed inside and out, and finished in 1K RAL 7016 (anthracite) for a professional and durable appearance.
